Please read these terms carefully before using our services.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations of Mauritius. CLIMCOOL (Expert Enterprise Mauritius Ltd) reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
Our Services
CLIMCOOL provides professional services including but not limited to:
- Air conditioning sales, installation, repair, and maintenance
- Commercial and residential refrigeration solutions
- Plumbing installation, repair, and maintenance
- Electrical work and installations
- Interior and exterior painting services
- Waterproofing and damp-proofing solutions
- CCTV and security system installation
- Professional cleaning services
Quotations & Pricing
- All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified.
- Final pricing may vary based on actual site conditions discovered during service delivery.
- All prices are quoted in Mauritian Rupees (MUR) and are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
- Additional work beyond the original scope requires written approval and may incur extra charges.
Payment Terms
- A deposit of 50% may be required for equipment orders and large installations.
- Balance payment is due upon completion of work unless credit terms have been agreed.
- We accept cash, bank transfer, and major credit cards.
- Late payments may incur interest at 2% per month on outstanding balances.
Warranty & Guarantees
- Equipment warranties are provided by manufacturers and vary by product. We will assist with warranty claims for equipment we have supplied and installed.
- Our workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of installation, covering defects in installation only.
- Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, power surges, natural disasters, or failure to follow maintenance recommendations.
- Warranty claims must be reported within 7 days of discovering the issue.
Limitation of Liability
- Our maximum liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service in question.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss.
- We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).
- While we take reasonable care, we are not responsible for pre-existing defects in your property discovered during service delivery.
Client Responsibilities
To ensure smooth service delivery, clients agree to:
- Provide safe and reasonable access to the work area.
- Provide accurate information about the property and existing systems.
- Obtain any necessary permits or approvals required for the work.
- Clear the work area of personal belongings and valuables.
- Ensure someone over 18 years of age is present during service appointments.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a service call fee.
- We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather conditions, emergencies, or circumstances beyond our control.
- Deposits for cancelled orders may be subject to restocking fees for custom or special-order equipment.
Intellectual Property
All content on the CLIMCOOL website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Expert Enterprise (Mauritius) Ltd and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be governed by the laws of Mauritius. We encourage clients to contact us directly to resolve any concerns before pursuing formal action. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Mauritius.
